Connect with Your School Counselors

iLEAD Lancaster School Counselors

Dear Families,

I hope this letter finds you and your children safe, healthy, and in high spirits! In light of the current situation regarding COVID-19, and in an effort to reduce the spread of the virus, school counselors at iLEAD Lancaster Charter School will be working remotely as the campus is closed until further notice from authorities. However, we want to assure you that we are here to support the academic and social-emotional needs of your learner during this time of uncertainty. We have been collaborating with administrators to prepare information, resources, and creative ways to stay connected with you. We want to provide information on the various ways you and your learner can connect with us as well as participate in learning opportunities via online platforms.

I am making myself available in the following ways:

  • Virtual meetings using the Zoom virtual platform where I will be addressing questions I’ve received, providing structured engagement opportunities as necessary. Finally, I’ll be providing online resources for academic and social-emotional support. I can make myself available via Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays as scheduled via email to shaana.scott@ileadlancster.org I can provide Zoom info upon scheduling.
  • In order to communicate via email, I will hold office hours so that I can answer questions as they are coming in. My open office hours will be: Day of week: Thursdays. Time Frame: 12:30-3:00 p.m. on Zoom.
  • In order to schedule a virtual meeting (one-to-one), please follow the instructions below. Please understand we will need to use a virtual platform in order for me to avoid the use of my personal phone.
  • I am working on and will be providing content related information via Powerschool virtual platform, in which I am currently working on. Students will receive information via invitation and/or from the facilitator.

Please know your school counselor(s) are ready, willing, and able to support learners, families, and our community during this unprecedented time. We look forward to connecting with you soon!

Be well,

Shaana Scott
